A lot of people complain about not having proper materials to make good art, or think they you need the best materials possible to make really good art.

I'm not a great artist, but I'm an artist all the same. Here are the materials I use on a daily basis:

-Apple Barrel acrylic paints (79 cents at Michael's)
-Crayola colored pencils
-CVS number 2 pencils
-Recycled and hand-me-down pencils ranging from 8b-5h by various companies
-Bamboo tablet(about $79 at Best Buy)
-And, get ready for this... Photoshop Elements 3. Not CS. Not regular Photoshop. Elements 3.

If I can use Elements 3, you can do anything with hard work and effort. I believe in you, at least.
